I was born in Jersey City New Jersey in 1958 and lived there until I was four years old. My family moved to Bayonne, New Jersey where I grew up. I attended our Lady Star of the Sea Grammar School, and then Marist High School. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rutgers University in 1980 and my Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law at Camden, New Jersey in 1983. I was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court - District of New Jersey in 1983 and worked for several law firms until 1987.
In 1987 I formed my solo practice. I began as a general practice attorney handling all types of civil matters. In a short period of time I began to see my practice focusing in the areas of residential and commercial real estate closings and the filing of Chapters 7 and 13 bankruptcy petitions. I continued to handle a variety of general practice civil matters during this time, including personal injury, estates, divorce, municipal court, landlord-tenant, civil defense, wills and immigration matters.
I moved to my present office at 228 state Route 18, East Brunswick, New Jersey in 1993. I have been operating my practice from that location since then, and have seen the focus of my practice concentrate in the areas of real estate closings, consumer bankruptcy, immigration matters and personal injury. Although I have this concentration, I am available to handle many types of general practice civil matters, as identified in the previous paragraph.
I am married and live in Tinton Falls New Jersey with my wife Christina, and four children, Bill, Jason, Michelle and Brian.
